Terms of purchase

1. Products

The products offered on this site are digital goods: template files, typefaces, programs (plugins) and documentation downloaded after purchase. Nothing physical is shipped.

Each product page clearly states what is included and which software versions it is compatible with. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that compatibility before purchasing.

2. Price and taxes

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. The final amount, with the tax breakdown corresponding to the buyer’s country, is always shown before payment is confirmed.

The sale is completed through Payhip, which acts as the seller and issues the corresponding invoice.

The owner reserves the right to modify the prices of the products offered at any time, as well as to launch, amend or withdraw promotions, discounts and temporary offers, without prior notice.

Such modifications shall not have retroactive effect. The price applicable to each order shall in all cases be the one published on the product page at the moment the purchase is confirmed, which is the price shown during checkout prior to acceptance. Once the contract has been concluded, the price may not be unilaterally modified.

The owner likewise reserves the right to withdraw any product from the catalogue or discontinue it, without this affecting purchases already completed or the buyer’s access to files already acquired.

Should a manifest typographical error be detected in a published price, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose either to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it with a full refund of any amounts paid.

3. Purchase and delivery

Clicking the buy button takes you to the platform’s payment process. Once payment is confirmed, a private download link and your invoice are sent automatically to your email address.

Download links are personal, expire after a set period and allow a limited number of uses. If you have any trouble downloading your purchase, write through the contact channels listed at https://resolvepacks.com/en/about/#contacto and a fresh link will be issued.

4. Licence

Buying a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence that allows you to:

• Use the files in an unlimited number of your own projects.
• Use them in commercial projects and in work produced for clients.
• Install them on the machines you personally use for work.
• For programs activated with a licence key (such as Color Grade Resolve), activate them on up to three computers at the same time. Activation requires an internet connection and the program may periodically check that the key is still valid. You can free a computer by deactivating it from within the program. Until it is activated, the program does not modify the image.

5. What the licence does not allow

• Reselling, renting, giving away, sharing or redistributing the files, in whole or in part.
• Publishing them on repositories, download sites, messaging channels or anywhere publicly or semi-publicly accessible.
• Including them inside another product that is sold or distributed, even in modified form.
• Transferring the licence to another person or company.
• Sharing the licence key or attempting to bypass, disable or tamper with the activation system.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose that right.

In practice: by confirming your purchase you agree that the download begins immediately and, at that moment, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal is waived. Accordingly, no returns or refunds are given for a change of mind, for buying the wrong item, or for an incompatibility that was stated on the product page.

7. Support and future products

Each pack is sold as a finished product: what you buy is exactly what you receive at the time of purchase. Future updates or expansions are not included.

New tools and collections are released as separate products, with their own price.

Support is provided through the contact channels listed at https://resolvepacks.com/en/about/#contacto, in English or Spanish, and covers installation and operation of the product purchased. It does not include general video editing training or assistance with DaVinci Resolve itself.

8. Complaints
